Each post I’ve made since this redesign has been focused primarily on Weight Loss. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing really. It’s just that there are more things I want/need to blog about. But my time table for posting anything is almost always competely fubar’d. Which sucks because I come up with all these great post topics. I’ll begin the post, then part of the way through it, I get distracted or have to work on a project (which is incredibly important if I want to be able to…I don’t know, continue to LIVE), and by the time I get back to the post, I’ve kind of lost interest or the same “drive” for the post.
Some of these, I feel really need attention, too. Whether it’s a client interaction that helps me “Level up” with my customer service experience, or if I end up exercising and I have a great tip for ways to increase your motivation or weight loss, I need to be able to post. I should share it. But things get in the way. For people reading this blog, it may appear that this was written in one sitting. But what you don’t know is that I’ve been working on this post for a day and a half. Having three kids, 2 businesses, and a 24 hour time constraint to work in each day isn’t conducive to finishing a blog. Even on the weekends it gets really rough.
So what I’m going to try and do is work on more than just one post a week (ala Project 52… which just relaunched, meaning I have to start all over again!). I want to/need to post some video blogs, create some actual posts about my experiences, really step up my game. So I’m recommitting to the P52 initiative. But instead of 1 post committed, I’m going to attempt to do 2. Push myself to provide more and more content, adding relevant, quality posts to keep you wonderful people coming back.
Until then…
