Exercise, Change, Random Thoughts

This is just a short post this morning.  So far, with my 30 day challenge that I’ve begun, the item that I’ve had the most difficult time with is the Coffee change.  It’s not that it’s so bad, but it’s more of an adjustment and dealing with the caffiene deficit that I’ve put my body through.  I’m noticing that I’m slowly adjusting despite the frequent headaches and the feeling like I have a marching band running through my head. But I do feel better with that change.  Almost like I’m going through a small detox (plus the lesser amount of fat from creamer can’t hurt either!).  Along with that, today I’ve added what I call Step Runs.  The flight of stairs goes up to the second floor in the house (well…upper room), and I’m going up the stairs, then down as fast as I can without breaking any bones, 10 times.  After going up the stairs 10 times, they begin to look a little ominous.

Needless to say, the exercise is great being that I’m coupling that with the change in my diet.  Anyway, we plan on relaxing this weekend and trying our best not to get burned from the increasing heat outside.  I need to get off of this thing anyhow.
